Synapse Nursing offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as SYNAPSE NURSING. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no phone calls, no emails required. Sign in, open your profile, and choose Manage billing to access the secure Stripe billing portal, then select Cancel plan.
All sales are final. Subscriptions and product purchases are non-refundable.
You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period (monthly or yearly), then stops. At checkout you confirm that you understand your purchase is non-refundable and that you can cancel anytime.
Where consumer-protection law grants a statutory right you cannot waive (for example, an EU right of withdrawal for certain digital purchases), we honor that right as required by law.
